•Cancellation Policy: Because your salon and spa services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $25 unless we are able to fill that time slot. ALL no shows (clients that have an appointment and do not show up or call) will be charged 50% of the full amount of the service. For this reason a credit card number is required to book any appointment. We can also use your voucher number in place of a credit card, but in the event client no shows or does not give 24 hours notice we will redeem their voucher in place of the fee. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and courtesy.
•Lost Certificates: We are not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Even if you have been in previously, it is necessary to present your card each time you come in before your treatment begins. Please treat these certificates as cash. If you have lost your certificate, it is the same as losing cash and we cannot provide you with any treatments. If you forget your certificate, we cannot provide you with any treatments and it will be considered a cancellation without 24 hours notice, $25 will be charged to your card.
•Expired Certificates: Groupon, Living Social and Amazon Local can use their certificate for the value paid toward the same service or any other service of an hour or more. Crystal Blue gift certificates are only good for one (1) month unless other wise stated. Once the one (1) month is up they are no longer valid.
•Check-in policy: Please check in at the Crystal Blue’s reception area at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.
•Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in service prices. Click here to see an 18% gratuity chart for your convenience.
•Gift Cards: Crystal Blue Gift Cards are ideal year-round gifts for any special occasion. Cards may be purchased for specific services and treatments, packages, or a dollar amount. Phone, on-line and in person orders are accepted.
•Children: We do not allow children under the age of 12, unless they are receiving a service, and they must be with an adult guardian at all times. We are not liable for any person under the age of 18, and may ask anyone with children to leave for the comfort and relaxation of our spa guests.
•Suggestive Behavior: We have a strict policy on professionalism in our spa. No inappropriate comments, behavior, or suggestive motions will be tolerated. You must be professionally draped and covered across the chest and groin area during all treatments. Any acts in question will be reported to management immediately. For the safety and comfort of our service providers, your service may be ended at any time if our providers feel uncomfortable. No refunds will be issued and you will be asked to leave the spa. Any exposure to clients or staff will result in you being banned from the premises, and no refunds will be given. We report all exposures to law enforcement.
